The charity helps people recovering from mental illness, neurodiversity, or acquired brain injury, return to work through vocational, hands-on activities. This grant will be put towards plywood and roofing felt to re-roof a Portacabin and lean-to, helping to keep clients dry in rainy weather.

Minster Lodge → Oscar’s Charity
Part of this charity’s objective is to provide Booster Boxes for children with, or affected by, brain tumours, including siblings affected by the trauma of having a brother or sister with a tumour. The boxes are individually tailored using information provided by the family and are specific to each child. They cost around £125 each, and the charity provides approximately 70 per year.

Ferrum Lodge → Sprouts Community Food Charity
This grant will be used to support the charity’s “International Café”, which brings together people of all cultures, backgrounds, and circumstances. Members of the local community are invited to attend and cook food, with all ingredients provided by the café. The project works with people of differing ages, backgrounds, and cultures.
